My Wild Love is a little company that makes outspoken bicycles from the best of Columbus steel. We started out bringing old frames to life. And now we build them ourselves. From construction to paint, everything takes place in Treviso, Italy.
Treviso is a little off the map for most cyclists, but we're trying to bring it back. Once a booming region for bicycle production, it's now a last bastion for building, pantographing and painting. We're proud to play a part in keeping the torch alive in Treviso.
- the building process -
STEP 1: Your new frame is hand built by one of our three master frame builders, each of which has more than 30 years experience. Our builders work only with Columbus tubing and each frame can take up to two days.
STEP 2: Your new frame is masked and painted by our master painter. With multiple colors and masks, this can take more than a day per frame.
STEP 3: If you've chosen for a complete bike, our mechanic will build it up for you, so that it's ready to roll from day one. We also offer kits if you prefer to build it yourself.
- good to know -
We want your new bike to fit like a glove. The easiest way to achieve this is with a professional bike fit. We can recommend a great fitter, wherever you are in the world.
As standard, we build our bikes with Campagnolo parts and Gipiemme wheels. Simply because they ride as nice as they look. If you'd like to use other brands, let us know. It's all possible.
The bulk of our bikes are available through pre-order. Deposit to completion takes two to four months. The sooner you order, the sooner your machine will be ready to rock.
